WoW Forever Coaching FAQ
Only what you do yourself. Coaching is not a carry: you play your own character while a coach watches and talks you through it. Nothing is farmed, cleared or levelled on your behalf during the hour.
Either, and you say which when you book. The coach is matched to it, so a session about arena positioning and a session about a raid rotation are not the same person reading from the same notes.

This one is not a carry
Everything else on this game is somebody playing your character or playing beside it. Coaching is the opposite: you play, and somebody who mains your class watches and tells you what to do differently. It is sold by the hour because that is how it works, and it is booked around the evenings you can actually be online. Worth saying plainly so nobody buys the wrong thing: nothing on your account progresses during a session except what you do yourself.
