What farming covers here

The services with no target rank: net wins at the rank you already hold, account levels up to 30, and champion mastery. All of it played on your own account, all of it quoted before you pay.

When this beats a climb

When there is no rank you are trying to reach. A fresh account needs levels, a mastery grind needs games on one champion, and somebody sitting comfortably in Platinum may only want the win rate nudged. None of those is a climb and none of them should be priced as one.

League of Legends farming FAQ

What is the difference between farming and a boost?

A boost has a rank it is trying to reach. Farming does not: wins at your current rank, levels on a new account, mastery on a champion. Different job, different price.
