How the climb actually runs
One booster, assigned to your order, playing your account in solo queue until the LP target is hit. You get a live progress page and can stop it at any point. We play the role and the champions that win fastest at your rank unless you tell us otherwise, which is the Choose champions extra and is slower on purpose.
Master and above is a different job
There are no divisions past Diamond I: it is one LP pool, and Grandmaster and Challenger are cutoffs against everybody else in your region rather than fixed numbers. That means the top of this ladder moves, the games are against people who do this full time, and the price per LP is several times what it is in Gold. The page prices that band separately rather than pretending the ladder is linear.
