Keystone Master is the one most people want: it is the seasonal mount and the point where your score stops being a reason groups decline you. Hero and Legend are higher score thresholds with their own rewards, and each costs disproportionately more than the one below it because the keys behind it are longer and fail more often.
Because nobody wants 347 score. They want the mount, or they want to stop being declined. Score is the mechanism, not the product, so this page sells the three thresholds that mean something and prices each one as the job it is. If you want a specific score for a specific reason, a custom request handles it.
