Why do you ask for last season's rank?

Because that is what the game draws your placement lobbies from. A Celestial placement run and a Silver one are completely different games, and your booster needs to know which they are walking into before they queue.

What rank will I end up at?

Placements decide that, and no honest seller will promise a specific rank from them. What we will say is that the run is played by someone who ranks well above where you finished, so the result is as good as the ten games allow.

Marvel Rivals Placement Matches FAQ

No. It is priced per game, so buy one or buy the set. Most people buy the full ten because the placement run is read as a whole, but there is nothing stopping you from taking only the ones you want covered.

Where the season starts

Marvel Rivals resets you down at the start of every season and asks you to play your way back. The placement games are what the game watches to decide where you land, and a bad run of them costs weeks of climbing to undo. Played out of the rank you finished on, by someone who has already done it this season.

One game or all ten

Priced per game rather than as a block, so you can buy the whole set or just the ones you do not want to risk. Tell us the rank you ended last season on when you order, because that is what the lobbies are drawn from and it changes who your booster is queueing against.
