A materials problem, not a combat one
Levelling a crafter is not time in a dungeon, it is the pile of materials that goes into the crafts. That is why the late bands cost what they do: the recipes at ninety and above want gathered mats that a level hundred gatherer has to collect first. Every price here includes them.
Eleven jobs, and most people want several
Eight crafters and three gatherers, and they feed each other: a Culinarian needs a Botanist, an Armorer needs a Miner. If you are levelling more than one it is usually cheaper as a single order than as three, which is what the custom request page is for.
