How does an item drop order work?
WARDOGS item drops are bought from the catalogue above, sorted by category: weapons, gear and equipment on one side, land and air vehicles on the other, each row with its own unit price and its own cap per order. Build the order in the grid and the total you see is the total you pay, complete before checkout and fixed after it.
After payment, one vetted booster takes the order, and the chat opens to arrange delivery: your in-game name, your platform, and a window when you can be online.
Everything in the catalogue is obtained by hand in normal play before it is handed over. No duplication, no exploits, no third-party stock.
How is the handover done?
In game, on your own server. You and your booster agree a meeting spot in the order chat, meet there, and the items pass over the way the game ordinarily allows. You never hand over a login for this, which is why most buyers choose it.
The per-item caps exist for the same reason the handover looks ordinary: a transfer that resembles a stockpile dump is the kind that attracts attention. Vehicles sit above weapons and gear on price because they take materially longer to obtain by hand.
Prefer not to be there? Delivery straight onto the account is available instead, under the full credential rules: encryption at rest, access for the single assigned booster only, a log entry for every read, and destruction of the login when the order closes.
How do I know where my order stands?
The dashboard lists the order as your booster reports it, item by item, in the terms the game itself uses. A line marked delivered is in your inventory, not most of the way there.
The order chat stays open the whole time. Handover timing, a change of meeting spot, a question about a line: all of it goes straight to the booster, and support reads the same thread when you bring them in.
What if something does not arrive?
A drop is either in your inventory or it is not, which keeps disputes short. Anything undelivered is refunded line by line at the price you paid for it. Cancel before the booster starts and the whole order comes back; cancel after a partial handover and the refund is measured against the lines that never arrived, from the delivery record rather than from memory. An agreed window we fail to meet is a completion failure, and these rules apply on their own. The complete version is on the refund policy page.
Turnaround scales with the size of the order: a single weapon is a short errand, a full garage is not. Express bumps a drop order ahead of the standard queue for a percentage added at checkout, with streaming and duo offered alongside.
