It is run again. You are buying a result, not an attempt, and a boss service that charges per try is not one worth buying.
The kill is the fight finished. The loot run is the fight finished with the drops gathered and left for you. The cards price them separately because they are different amounts of work.
Not if you come along, which is the normal way to run it. If you would rather hand the run over entirely, the credential rules apply: encrypted, single reader, destroyed when the order closes.

The Matriarch is one of the hardest fights in ARC Raiders and one of the most expensive to lose. Kills and loot runs both, handled by a raider, with everything it drops left on your account.
How the run works
Meet the raider in raid and the fight happens with you there, or hand the run over entirely. Either way the drops stay with you. If a run goes wrong it is re-run, because a boss service that charges for an attempt rather than a result is not a service.
