Every rune that exists in the phases currently open. Runes gated behind a phase that has not launched cannot be unlocked by anybody, and the order says so rather than taking the money.

Priced by how hard the rune is to get

Not by how good it is. Some runes are a vendor and a short walk. Some are a world drop with a low rate, and some are a multi-step chain in a zone well above the level you can first use the rune at. The rows name where the work is, so you can see what you are paying for rather than paying a flat fee per rune and subsidising somebody else’s harder one.

Which runes your character can actually use

Runes are class-specific and slot-specific, so a chest rune for one class is not a chest rune for another. Tell us the class and the slots you want on the order and we will only quote what applies. If a rune you have asked for is gated behind a phase that has not opened, the order says so instead of taking the money.
