Booster agreement

Last updated 2026-10-16

This agreement is between you, as a booster, and AFKDOG, operated by Randevos LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, number 17300468, at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX. It covers what you agree to when you claim work here, how you are paid, and how either side ends the arrangement. Customers have their own terms, which set what we promise them; this page sets what sits behind those promises. You also accept a separate versioned set of booster rules inside the panel, and the version you accepted is recorded against your account.

You are a contractor, not an employee

You work for yourself. You choose which orders to claim, when to work, and how many you take on, within the limits your account carries. Nothing here creates employment, a partnership or an agency relationship, and no exclusivity is implied in either direction: you are free to work elsewhere, including for competitors.

Because you are self-employed, you are responsible for your own tax and for any registration your country requires. We do not withhold tax and we do not provide employment benefits, holiday pay or notice periods.

Claiming work

Permission is per game. You can see and claim orders only for the games your account has been granted, and a granted game can be withdrawn if the quality of the work on it does not hold up.

A claim is a commitment. Claiming an order means you intend to complete it, and the customer is told somebody has started. If you cannot finish something you claimed, release it rather than letting it sit: an order that quietly stops moving is the most common reason a customer asks for a refund, and that cost falls on us.

Some orders carry a deadline. Where one is set it is shown on the order before you claim it, never after.

How the work must be done

Hand-played, by you. No bots, no scripts, no exploits, no third-party automation, and no passing an order to somebody else. The customer is promised work done by a person, and that promise is ours to keep.

If an account is restricted, suspended or banned by the publisher because of how an order was completed, the customer is made whole by us. That liability is why this is the strictest section here, and why breaking it ends the arrangement rather than costing a percentage.

A customer login is not yours

Where an order is piloted, the customer provides a login so the work can be done. It is encrypted at rest, decrypted only at the point you use it, every access is logged against your account, and it is destroyed when the order closes.

You may use it for that order and nothing else. You may not store it, write it down, send it through chat, reuse it after the order closes, change any credential or security setting on the account, make purchases, move or sell items, or look at anything you do not need for the job. Handling it any other way is the most serious breach in this agreement, because for the customer it is the most serious thing they have handed over.

Keep the work on the platform

Talk to customers through the order chat. Do not give out or ask for contact details, and do not offer to work with a customer directly, at a discount or otherwise.

This is not only about revenue. Off the platform the customer has no record, no dispute route and no protection, and neither do you: there is no order, no evidence, and nothing to point at when it goes wrong. Chat is screened for this, and attempts to route work off the platform are grounds for termination and for withholding the balance on the orders involved.

How you are paid

Each order carries the amount you earn, shown before you claim it. It is a share of what the customer paid, and that share is set per service by the operator, so it can differ between services and between games.

Earnings become payable in stages as an order progresses rather than in one lump at the end, and completed work is held for a period before it can be withdrawn. A minimum balance applies before a withdrawal can be requested. The current split, hold period and minimum are shown in your panel, because they are operator settings rather than fixed terms, and the figures that applied to an order are the ones recorded against that order.

Where an order is refunded, charged back, or found to have been completed in breach of this agreement, the corresponding amount may be deducted from your balance. A chargeback can arrive up to 120 days after payment, which is the reason the hold period exists at all.

Conduct

Be civil in chat. No abuse, no harassment, no discriminatory language, no pressure on a customer to raise a rating or withdraw a complaint, and no asking for a tip as a condition of finishing.

Do not misrepresent progress. Marking something done that is not done is the fastest route to termination here, because it turns a late order into a dispute we cannot defend.

Your account

Keep your own details accurate, including the payout details you want to be paid to and the identity information required before claiming. One person, one account: accounts are not shared, lent or transferred, and an account created after a termination is treated as the same person.

Protect your own login. Work completed through your account is attributed to you.

Freezes, deductions and termination

We may freeze claiming on your account while something is investigated, and we may hold a balance while a dispute, chargeback or publisher action connected to your work is open. A freeze is not a penalty and is lifted when the question is answered.

Penalties and terminations are decided against the versioned booster rules in your panel rather than at discretion: a consequence is applied only where the rule existed, was specific, and had been accepted by you before the conduct. The version you accepted is recorded with the date.

You can stop working here at any time. Finish or release what you have claimed first, and your earned balance remains payable subject to the hold period and to any deduction this agreement already allows.

Changes

This page can change, and the booster rules are versioned separately. A change to those rules requires a fresh acceptance before you can claim again, which is how a penalty stays traceable to wording you actually agreed to.

A change never applies retrospectively to an order you had already claimed.

Law

This agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

If any part of it cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
