The jobs with no target rank attached: account levels for the packs, ranked wins at the tier you already hold, and the kill badges that need one very good game rather than a long climb.

RP does not decay inside a split

Unlike most ladders on this site, Apex RP only goes up within a split, so a half-finished climb sits exactly where it was until you come back to it. That makes farming safe to run alongside a climb, and a paused order genuinely paused.
